Honey, along with a bottle to store the syrup and a funnel to get it in the bottle
Ingredients: Pure honey, water
Directions: Mix equal parts pure honey and warm water in a pot. Once the honey is completely diluted into the water, let cool. Store in a clean tightly sealed container.
Comments: This syrup makes for quite an interesting way to sweeten cocktails, although it’s potent, so use it sparingly. I’ve found that if you use the same amount of honey syrup as you would simply syrup in a cocktail, the honey flavor dominates everything else. Therefore, use a smaller amount of honey syrup than you would simple syrup or else use it in combination with simple syrup.
